Our blended Tsikoudia, mixed with thyme mountain honey harvested by Cretan apiarists and local aromatic herbs, without adding any synthetic colourants. It is produced in artisanal discontinuous distillation with fractional copper alembics in Rethymno. Our Tsikoudia with Honey 35N reveals its golden, clear colour, while its strong, sharp taste leaves a sweet aftertaste with thyme aroma.

Preferably served at 10° - 12°C
